Jana is a self-sacrificing wife and mother. Her domestic helper Natalia suffers a dramatic accident during an errand and falls into a coma. Natalia's eight-year-old daughter Anna remains alone in Janas modern Berlin town house. When the police ring her doorbell later in the evening she's hiding Natalia's child. She realizes that she doesn't know much about her young cleaner from the Republic of Moldova. In addition, Natalia is moonlighting for her and lives illegally in Germany.—StevieB69
