Une déchirante et lente dégradation dont on connaît la terrible issue. Difficile de ne pas le comparer avec le tout autant excellent Vortex, réalisé 9 ans plus tard par Gaspard Noé, qui se tiennent tous deux dans le clair-obscur de la fin de vie.
Synopsis
Georges and Anne are an octogenarian couple. They are cultivated, retired music teachers. Their daughter, also a musician, lives in Britain with her family. One day, Anne has a stroke, and the couple's bond of love is severely tested.
