Limoges, à 2. « COMPRENDRE N’EST PAS EXCUSER » Xavier Jaloni (réalisateur du film) Il faut bien penser à cette phrase avant de juger ce film génial…. Remarquablement bien joué par J Dujardin & cette jeune femme formidable, qui tient pratiquement ttes les scènes pdt 3h, de 21 ans que je ne connaissais pas Nastya Golubeva . Tourné sous la forme d’un flash-back il raconte comment 2 hommes influents (1 français & 1 allemand) passent de la sincérité à la malhonnêteté pendant la 2nde guerre mondiale en entraînant la fille du français dans leur chute . Comment leur « collaboration » entre la France & l’Allemagne passe insidieusement de bonnes intentions pour maintenir la Paix à la trahison. Sujet exploité si souvent mais ici le prisme de ce film est original car il est au travers le récit de Corinne la fille du patron de presse joué par JD. Il s’agit d’une histoire vraie. Synopsis
Jean and Otto, a French newspaperman and a young German Francophile, are fighting for peace in Europe. Jean’s daughter, Corinne, is launching a brilliant acting career in the film world, but war breaks out and France is occupied. The two friends have a major role to play in this new France. Jean becomes a big press baron and an ardent advocate of collaboration with the occupying forces, while Otto becomes the Reich’s ambassador in Paris. Corinne, meanwhile, finds herself thrown into the lion’s pit.
