Dracula felt less like a vampire story and more like a deeply human reflection on loneliness, fear, and the meaning of life. What made it so compelling was how Dracula, despite being powerful and immortal, seemed fascinated by humans because they possess things he never truly can — purpose, connection, vulnerability, and the ability to value life because it eventually ends. The conversations, especially with Sister Agatha, gave the series an emotional and philosophical depth that went far beyond horror. Beneath all the darkness, the show quietly suggests that Dracula’s real tragedy is not that he is a monster, but that he can never fully experience what it means to truly be human. Very well written, slow paced show 👏
